Returns Policy

All backdrops are printed to order and they cannot be returned or cancelled. Also, due to differences in colour display on different screens - colours might be slightly different from what you see.

If you received the product and it is not the same as you ordered email us - in case of our mistake we will replace it or take other action agreed on both sides.

If the product you received is damaged, it can be refunded but only when you scan us a GLS damage certificate given by the courier. We send parcels insured but this insurance demands a damage certificate so please check the box inside before the courier leaves your place.

Customers have 7 days from receipt of delivery or store pick up to file a complaint.
